2. What data we collect and why

Contact form

When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, email address, and the content of your message. We use this data solely to respond to your enquiry (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures).

Payment data

Course payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. (1 Grand Canal Street Lower, Dublin 2, Ireland). Cubic Crew does not store or process your card details directly. Stripe acts as an independent data controller for payment processing purposes. Please refer to Stripe's Privacy Policy for details.

WhatsApp communication

If you contact us via WhatsApp, messages are processed by Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. and subject to WhatsApp's own privacy terms. We use WhatsApp solely to respond to enquiries.

Website hosting

This website is hosted via Vercel Inc. (340 S Lemon Ave #4133, Walnut, CA 91789, USA). Vercel may collect server log data (IP address, browser type, access time) as part of standard infrastructure operation. Please refer to Vercel's Privacy Policy for details.

Website analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand how visitors use our website (e.g. which pages are visited most, approximate country of origin, device type). Vercel Analytics is cookieless and does not collect personal data or create individual user profiles. Data is aggregated and anonymous. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in improving our website). You can opt out by enabling the "Do Not Track" setting in your browser.

Google Fonts

We use Google Fonts loaded from Google servers. When you visit our site, your browser connects to Google's servers (Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA). Google may process your IP address in this context. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in providing a visually consistent website). If you prefer no Google connection, you can block it using a browser extension.

Cookies

This website does not use cookies or tracking pixels. We do not create individual user profiles or track your browsing behaviour across websites.

3. How long we keep your data

Contact form enquiries are retained for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose (typically until the matter is resolved) and deleted thereafter, unless statutory retention obligations apply. Payment records are retained for 10 years in accordance with German tax law (§ 147 AO).

  • Rectification — have inaccurate data corrected (Art. 16 GDPR)
